Testing P31 on ch.4

Trying to figure out why I cannot record ³¹P direct detection spectrum.

Connected 1 GHz oscilloscope to output of channel 4 power amplifier through 50 dB attenuated directional coupler. Amplifier was loaded on a 50 Ω coaxial resistor.

Have signal up to 310 MHz, but nothing above.

As a positive control detected ³¹P frequency at the input of power amplifier. Scope works fine.

Conclusion: AMT3304C-330 could not amplify signal above 310 MHz.
