Place latex code between <math></math> tags

Here is an example

<math>I_y \stackrel{\alpha I_x}{\rightarrow} I_y \cos(\alpha) + I_z\sin(\alpha)</math>

which gives

$I_y \stackrel{\alpha I_x}{\rightarrow} I_y \cos(\alpha) + I_z\sin(\alpha)$
