MddNMR

MddNMR (Version 2.0, Jul 2011) is a program for processing of non-uniformly sampled (NUS) multidimensional NMR spectra.

Version 2.0 include

• Fourier Transform (FT)
• Multi-Dimensional Decomposition (MDD)
• Compressed Sensing (CS)

methods to process NUS spectra and new graphical user interface qMDD.

qMDD

qMDD is a Graphical User Interface for MDDNMR software written in Python and uses PySide as a bindings for the Qt cross-platform application and UI framework.

The requirements for qMDD are:

• Python 2.6-2.7
• QT 4.7.x
• PySide 1.0.x
