A variety of routines in Perl useful for processing text data in biomolecular NMR.

Installation

copy script into a directory in your binary path.

may need to configure location of BioPerl module on line #41

if there are any issues - please contact the author.

User interface is self-documenting.

nut

to get a listing of available routines

nut -<routine> -help

to get more detailed help for a given command
