A postdoctoral position is presently available in the physics department of the Technical University of Dortmund.

The successful candidate will participate in a newly established cooperative research project involving German and Japanese partners. The goal of this project is the development of a quantum computer using the N/V center of diamond as qubits. The main task of the Dortmund team is the development of precise and robust quantum gate operations for these spin-qubits.

The successful candidate should have experience in magnetic resonance, quantum computing and / or quantum optics / laser spectroscopy.
