The Gruss Magnetic Resonance Research Center (MRRC) at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University [1] is seeking a full-time postdoctoral research associate. This position will be for a 2 year period with the possibility of renewal. Competitive salary and benefits (much higher than average) will be offered based on qualifications.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Ph.D., and strong background in the development and/or application of novel methods for human brain DTI / fMRI / structural MRI data analyses. Postdoctoral research experiences are expected but not strictly necessary.

About Gruss MRRC

The Center has a multinuclear 3.0 Tesla Whole Body Philips Achieva (Dual TX, 32 Channel head coil) human system and a 9.4 T Direct Drive Varian animal system. A micro Pet system is also available. Visual stimulus delivery system for fMRI studies include Resonance Technology Digital Visa Stim Goggle System with eye tracking and software, In Vivo ESys LCD system and SMI IViewX MRI-LR eye-tracking system. Image processing facilities including a computing cluster, multiple Linux workstations and PCs with imaging and general software installed.
