Uniform 13C,15N,D labeling

In uniformly 13C,15N,2H labeled samples nearly all carbon and nitrogen atoms are represented by NMR active 13C and 15N isotopes and hydrogen atoms - with deuterium - 2H - isotope.

Amide hydrogen atoms may or may not be reverse-exchanged with 1H, depending on the need of detecting amide protons.
