Sparky probably the simplest program that can help display and analyze 2D I guess labeling peaks is a big deal when you analyze data. Assignment tables help too for molecules with more then 3-5 nuclei. Then you can draw lines that help with assignments. If you open multiple spectra of one compound in one session - then appropriate cursors in different windows will be synchronized. you can also easily create extension scripts in python. I've done one that calculates couplings in HNHA experiments and another one reporting delta in Hz between two peaks. I guess an advantage for users might be that they can install it locally on their computers.
