Briefly, this template looks like this:

{{kaylab-pulse-sequence
|name=
|family=
|synopsis=
|authors=
|nuclei=
|observe=
|dim=
|field=
}}

This template includes the main "pulse-sequence-record" template, where many of the fields are pre-filled.

Template included into the wiki page fills in basic facts about the pulse sequence and gives access to the source code and other components.

Template manual

Template manual for the pulse sequences written in the Lewis Kay Lab.

1) get ftp account <login>@nmrwiki.org (it's separate from the website login),

2) upload files into <login>@nmrwiki.org:/home/<login>/psdb/kaylab/vnmrsys (and appropariate subdirectories, like on your spectrometer)

  • directory /home/<login>/psdb/kaylab/ is write accessible only to Kay lab members and the database curators.

3) Create new page (use first method) with title: <pulse_sequence_name.c> 2-4 word description (L.E. Kay)

4) Copy-paste the template above and fill in the blanks (details are explained below)

5) Create a free hand documentation record just after the template.
