CING was used to create NRG-CING. iCing is a web interface to CING. The same human interface can be exploited programmatically using something like this robot.

The following figures illustrate some of the capabilities offered by CING.

Limitations: CING in 2008 does not yet do much validation on sugars.

Running time: depends on number of residues mostly, typically takes from 2 minutes to 1 hour on the iCing server.

Requirements: python with matplotlib and many optional external programs such as Procheck.
