- click inside the spectrum you want to adjust
- type zf (zoom full) to see the whole 2D plane
- type vt, a window "View Settings" will open
- type in a new number into "Aspect (ppm)" field (higher number widens display)
- click "Apply" button to check new view, then "Ok"
