Pureshift1D_NMRwiki.tar (file size: 420 KB, MIME type: application/x-tar)
Varian pulse sequence, macros, selective pulse RF waveform and sample data for a simple 1D pure shift experiment. Produces a 1H spectrum in which the effects of all couplings between protons are suppressed, provided the protons are separated by more than the bandwidth of the selective pulse. Experiment and results are described in a paper in press in Angew. Chemie Int. Ed., DOI: 10.1002/anie.201001107.
