This setup is used for drying VT air at NANUC

Balston PSA dryer (model 75-20) --> two ballast tanks (240L each). Ballast tanks are used to even out concentration of O2 during the operation cycle.

Dryer has the following specifications:

  • 8.3 SCFM maximum flow rate at –73 Deg C dewpoint at 80psig
  • Inlet air temperature: 40F to 78F
  • Inlet pressure min/max: 60 psig to 125 psig
