Open position: NMR Research Operations Manager

The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking a Research Operations Manager for their NMR facility, which includes 500 MHz JEOL and 300 MHz Bruker instruments. In addition to upkeep, training, and supervision of instruments, the Manager will work with faculty, postdocs, and students (BA, BS, MS and Ph.D.) on the design and development of experiments and interpretation of results for research and teaching.

The minimum requirements for this position are an MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline and 3-5 years NMR experience.
