Categories

'Category' facility helps keep pages organized.

To categorize a page, add

[[Category:Category name]]

at the bottom of the page.

Once you save it a link to the category page will appear.

Also a special category page will be created - you can describe the purpose of category there, etc.

One page may belong to as many categories as needed, just add more category links the same way as shown above.

Naming categories

Please use sentence case for all new categories. Before creating a new category - see if there is a suitable one that already exists.

Root category is a good place to start looking at.
