Postdoctoral Research Position in NMR Structure Biology Available at The Ohio State University: One postdoctoral position is available immediately in Dr. Zucai Suo’s laboratory ( http://www.biosci.ohio-state.edu/~zsuo/) to continuously study DNA polymerase dynamics through macromolecular NMR. The protein target is a thermostable DNA polymerase and has been purified in unlabeled or labeled forms with either N15, N15/C13, or N15/C13/H2. The project works but is unfinished by a postdoc who just found a job and will leave soon. The candidate should have a PhD in structural biology and have extensive experience in all aspects of NMR, including protein expression and purification, NMR structure determination and refinement, and enzyme dynamics. Please contact Dr. Suo through email at suo.3@osu.edu, or phone (614) 688-3706, or regular mail: 880 Bio. Sci., 484 West 12th Ave., Department of Biochemistry, Ohio State University, Columbus, OH 43210.
