Pipe2ucsf - convert nmrPipe data to Sparky format

pipe2ucsf is a program that converts nmrPipe data into format, readable by Sparky and some other programs, e.g. Analysis.

Convert 1D & 2D spectra

pipe2ucsf file.ft2 file.ucsf

• file.ft2 - nmrPipe 2D or 1D data (extension doesn't matter)
• file.ucsf - output ucsf file

3D and above

First nmrPipe 2D planes must be assembled into a single file, then apply method used for 1D & 2D data.
