Presenting NMR structures of proteins and nucleic acids
From NMR Wiki
1998 IUPAC recommendation [1] addresses a range of issues regarding standartization of presenting NMR structures of proteins and nucleic acids. In July 2007 International Union of Crystallography issued updated recommendations[2] for publication of NMR structures in iUCR journals.
Many software packages have their own atom naming conventions, some of which were tabulated [3, 4]
BMRB and CCPN.
