In TPPI or time-proportional phase incrementation method phase of preparation pulse is incremented by 90o for every increment of evolution delay T1.

Transmitter set at the center of spectral window.

Spectral width SW is set as SW=\frac{1}{\Delta T_1}, where ΔT1 - size of increment in the indirect timensions in seconds (and SW in Hz).
