Hi Vernon,
Welcome to NMR Wiki! I've moved your userpage to "User:Vernonrussell". Wiki makes title of the page the same as your login name.
These personal pages will look more like myspace I hope in a couple of weeks (working on it). Still all the content you put on them will stay so you're welcome to continue adding info about yourself.
I hope something useful will come out of this wiki, for example a pulse sequence database and a place to publish scripts, software, etc.
