VnmrJ contains many features that automate most routine experiment setup procedures. For instance, there is a "Find Z0" button that enables automatic locking on most common deuterated solvents (for spectrometers whose probe files have been properly configured by their administrator). Here is a manual entitled [[Media:01 VnmrJ EasyWay.pdf|VnmrJ - EasyWay]] that describes how to set up and acquire routine spectra using these handy tools.
